Chill Phil Steel Drums brings a mixture of Caribbean Classic rock, Calypso and Latino music that makes you feel like you are on an island beach vacation. Phil performs with two steel drums, or “pans” as they are called, made in Trinidad. Phil was first introduced to steel pans as a percussion student at Wichita State University, and he holds a Master’s Degree in Music & Percussion Performance from the University of Arizona. He currently plays drum set in support of local musical groups and also shares his steel drum music with Branson audiences four weeks every year. Chill Phil Steel Drums brings to you the warm sounds of the Caribbean for a special experience!
