• Degree Doctor of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa (1978)

• Master in Sports (1984).

• Interned at Perry Clinic in Los Angeles, CA during (1984) Olympic games.

• My Chiropractic Office practice was from (1978-1995) in Manhattan and surrounding area locations.

• Had locations for Occupational Medicine, Sports Medicine, Chiropractic Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine in multiple locations, Manhattan, Wamego, Council Grove and Junction City, Kansas. (1978 - 2004)

• Real estate, in area of developing Apartment Multi-Level dwellings and Commercial Real Estate. (1980 - 2000)

• (1998) Started as part of the AdvoCare International Company as an Independent Distributor, which is a direct sales company and achieved a top 100 level.

• Started my journey with John Maxwell in his program of Leadership (2000) for the 21 laws concept.

• Was part of John Maxwell Groups as part of the Exchange Program for Mastermind Fortune 500 Leader Groups (2006-2010)

• Have run Mastermind/Mentoring Group since (2000 to present)

• (2010) Started SoarnEagles Coaching with Mastermind groups, one on one coaching.

• (2012) Started a Non-Profit, The James Project (Leadership, Mentoring and Disciple)

• (2014) Partnership Group with the McDonald House to build a new McDonald House called the Wiley House on Cherry Street in Missouri.

• (2016) Received my (JMT) John Maxwell certifications to coach, mentor, speak to others about Leadership, Development as part of my own independent company.

• (2017) Will be forming a Leadership-Mentorship group to coach as part of the SoarnEagles Coaching Group.
